This isn't your everyday programming. Heck, this isn't for everyone!

These three phases inside CCS&C program are designed for those who are looking to

1) Build and solidify their body's foundation

2) Create a broad range of strength over a large array of movements

3) Fine-tune their performance increase their major lifts!

 

With approximately 12 weeks of programming (each phase will last about around 90 days if done right and your body adapts at the standard rate. If you are leveling up faster then good for you too! Get cracking!)

Phase 3: Increasing Intensity and Specificity

Phase 4: Bring It All Together


This program will require you to have equipment that is found inside either high-performance gyms or commercial facilities. Either should do just nicely.
